Cancellation Policy

· Clients are never pressured to schedule a treatment. All procedures should be carefully considered before scheduling them. · If you book an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel/change your appointment, Please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice. Should you fail to notify us to cancel or re-schedule 72 hours prior, you will forfeit your retainer deposit fee. Clients are allowed one reschedule for any appointment. · No-show and same day cancellations will forfeit your retainer deposit fee. · Retainer deposit fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
